Our RMS solution gives you the ability to see all the candidates who have applied for your job openings, add comments about the candidates, and shortlist those whom you think would make a great fit for your company. You'll be able to do all of this while also keeping track of them based on where they are in the interview process.
You can email interview details to candidates that you have shortlisted and send scheduling notifications to candidates and interviewers. In addition, if the interview goes well, you can send offer letters to candidates all within our RMS solution.
You can not only email candidates within our RMS platform, but our RMS keeps track of back and forth communication between you and candidates so you can look back on previous interactions when necessary.
After candidates apply from external sources, you can then import their information to your RMS to build your talent pool. Once your candidates are imported, you can make comprehensive hiring decisions based on your candidate's hiring status.
