This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices of Dock 365, LLC (formerly Dock 365 Inc.) (“Dock”, “we” or “us”) for www.mydock365.com and the Dock 365 contract lifecycle management application (the “Application”). This privacy notice applies to information collected by this website and through the Application. Dock is part of the group of companies of which Aries Global Software Holding Limited is the holding company (the “Aries Group”). It will notify you of the following:

• What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
• The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. On this website, we only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside the Aries Group, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order, or as described in this privacy notice.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Application Usage Data
When you use the Application, we automatically collect data about how it is used (“Usage Data”). Usage Data includes the features used, the date and time of use, the volume of AI tokens consumed and a user identifier, together with summary counts of each customer’s use. We do not collect the content of your documents, files or prompts. If you use our AI features, we store the AI outputs generated for you solely to the extent necessary for you to resume your work in the Application.
We use Usage Data to:
• provide, support, maintain and secure the Application;
• measure usage and calculate fees;
• analyze and improve our products and services; and
• monitor and report on our business performance.
We share Usage Data for these purposes with other companies in the Aries Group, including in the United Kingdom. Our hosting providers, such as Microsoft Azure, store
Usage Data for us. We may use Usage Data that has been aggregated and anonymized, so that it does not identify you or your organization, for any lawful purpose.
We do not use your documents, prompts or AI outputs to train AI models. We keep Usage Data for 24 months. After that, we delete it or anonymize it.
Personal data we hold, including Usage Data, may be transferred to, and stored in, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we process Usage Data on the basis of our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business. You may object to this processing by contacting us.
Sharing Within the Aries Group
We may share limited business contact, account and related operational data with other companies in the Aries Group for sales, including introducing you to the products and services of other Aries Group companies, and for group reporting and administration. We rely on our legitimate interest in operating and developing the Aries Group’s business. This sharing does not include special categories of personal data, such as health data, or content you upload to the Application.
We may also receive your business contact details from another Aries Group company that introduces you to us. We keep these details only for as long as we need them to follow up the introduction, unless you become our customer.
You may object to this sharing, or opt out of introductions to other Aries Group companies, at any time by contacting us.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email.
